Waqar is a Vice President at Springcoast. Before Springcoast, Waqar was Head of Growth at Arbor, a privately-held HR analytics software business. Previously, he was a member of the growth equity business within Goldman Sachs Asset Management where he focused on originating and underwriting investments in the enterprise technology space. Waqar started his career as an analyst in Goldman Sachs’ Principal Strategic Investments group where he helped originate and underwrite proprietary growth equity investments for the firm’s balance sheet. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Princeton University
