Susan is Chief Financial Officer of Springcoast. Before Springcoast, she was a Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Normandy Real Estate Partners. Prior to joining Normandy, Susan worked for the Gale Company as an Investment Analyst and Portfolio Accounting Manager. Her experience includes wide aspects of acquisition, valuation, financial reporting, compliance, opportunity funds and limited partnerships. Susan started her career with KPMG. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.
