Deb is Executive Assistant at Springcoast. Before Springcoast, Deb was Executive Assistant at Energy Capital Partners and Business Manager of Finley Ridge Group, a single family office. Previously, Deb was VP of National Accounts at PeopleSourcer, an IT contracting business. She started her career at IBM where she was a national and international account manager. Deb holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Rutgers University.
