Shan is a Vice President at Springcoast. Before Springcoast, Shan was a Vice President on the investment team at Turn/River Capital. At Turn/River, she focused on sourcing and underwriting growth and buyout investments primarily in the software space. Previously, she was an Investment Associate at Riverwood Capital where she focused on sourcing and underwriting minority and majority growth transactions in technology companies. Shan started her career at Union Square Advisors where she focused on advising software and technology companies. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.
